Refund Policy

1. I accept that the membership of the Society is non-cancelable / non-refundable according to the bye-laws of the Society.
2. I further agree that after payment of Land Pooling amount, membership can only be transferred by myself only that too after an NOC is taken from the Society on payment of Rs. 25000 for transfer of membership.
